Nothing special to say, its a normal hotel
I liked the design & overall ambience of the Hotel -- looks truly like a Castle.
The service at Green Chilly rest. Was very poor. We got our pizza after 55 mins. Bad service. Also the lights in the room is quite dim. I could not read properly in the night. Had to strain my eyes. Pls rectify this issue.
Staff was courteous, room was well equipped and as promised. No hidden charges. Hotel is centrally located and accessible. Pleasant stay overall.
The ambiance is very good, rooms are neat and clean. Food is also up to mark. Staff is also very co-operative.
No real information of city tour, to any of front office guys, which is little surprising to me. As most hotels provide city tours in various cities.

On check in ... No record of our booking. Reception made us wait 25 minutes talking between themselves in local language. Until I had enough. As we were traveling since early morning and we have no time to waste. Internet is slow. The pictures provided for the room is no where near reality. The room is not as clean as it suppose to be. Price is way too high for this standard.

- Smell of insence put me off - flush would not work - wall paints were peeled - I walked out within minutes of checking in, but ended up paying one day's rent even though I had not spent more than 5 minutes after check in!!!!
No such things that I should like this hotel ........ will never stay in this hotel ........ We have stayed for 2 days, then shifted to Hotel Green Park .......
Worst service & not keeping committment as mentioned on the site ........ they were suppose to provide Air port pick up or drop but they refuse to do so ...........
We were very elderly persons came a long way from USA checked in the hotel by 10 pm very tired and the next morning about 7.00 am we were called by the hotel staffs and were asked about extending the stay or not and when would we be checked out this kind of situation we were not expected and we felt a very bad stay even we were a regular guest for them .
The rates charged were not as per the Bookings.com rate. The reception insisted on charging tax on 'rack' rate and not on discounted rate. This is not a universal practice and seems like a way to charge higher amount from customers. On discussion, they did not agree. Who is going to give me a refund of the extra charge ?
